Supply and installation of FD30 and FD60 doorsets and replacement leaves to BS 8214, using third-party certificated components. Each door is fitted with the correct intumescent seals, closer, hinges and signage, then photographed and certified before we hand over.

Every door is checked against the same detailed checklist: gaps, seals, closers, hinges, glazing, signage, frame fixings and leaf damage. You receive a per-door report with photographs, an asset tag reference and a prioritised list of remedial works.

Planned maintenance and remedial works to keep doors compliant between inspections: closer adjustment and replacement, seal renewal, gap correction, hardware and glazing repairs. We can run a rolling programme across an entire estate.

Sealing service penetrations and linear gaps between compartments using tested systems: intumescent sealants and collars, fire batts, pipe wraps, cavity barriers and fire pillows. Each seal is labelled, photographed and logged against a location plan.

Fire stopping inspections
Compartmentation surveys of riser cupboards, ceiling voids, plant rooms and service routes to find breaches and unsealed penetrations. You get a prioritised report with photographs and marked-up plans, and a costed schedule of remedial works if you want us to carry them out.

About Sure Compliance
Sure Compliance Ltd is an Essex-based passive fire protection contractor working across London and the South East.
We started the company because we kept seeing the same thing on site: fire doors hung without seals, closers that had been disconnected, and holes through compartment walls hidden above ceilings. The paperwork often said the building was compliant. The building said otherwise.
So we built a business around doing the work properly and proving it. Our operatives are trained specialists, not general trades doing fire work on the side. Our reports are written so that a housing officer, a school business manager or a fire risk assessor can act on them without a translation.
We are deliberately straightforward to deal with. You get one point of contact, honest advice about what actually needs doing, and records you can hand to anyone who asks.
